Introduction

This is a twist on the original knorr spinach dip. It is low carb, low fat, good protein dip that tastes great and is wonderful with baked chips, celery, lettuce leaves, and other raw veggies. Ingredients

    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    4 T. Knorr's or Campbell's Country Vegetable soup mix (1 package)
    1/2 c. 2% cottage cheese
    1/2 c. fat free mayonnaise
    1 c. fat free sour cream
    1 sm. onion, chopped fine
    1/2 cup unsalted sunflower seeds

Directions

Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and stir. Let sit in the fridge for one hour ... of if you are like us and can't wait... dig in. :)
