Cheesy Hash Browns
1 package (20 oz.) Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns
1 can (10 3/4 oz) Campbell's Healthy Request® Cream of Chicken Soup
2 cups (8 oz.) Kraft 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3/4 cup Fat-Free Sour Cream
1/4 cup chopped onion
Mix all ingredients together.
Put everything in a 2-quart or 8x8 inch glass baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until hash browns are tender.
Nutrition is calculated for 4 large servings, but this will easily provide 8 smaller servings.
