Ingredients

    1 lb chicken breast, cooked and cubed
    1 can 98% FF Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 can 98% FF Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 14.5 oz box Ronzoni SmartTaste Rotini Noodles
    2/3 c. 1% milk
    2 cups 2% RF Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp onion powder
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    salt to taste

Directions

Boil noodles so that they're almost done, but not quite, then drain. Combine cubed chicken, both cans of soup, milk, garlic powder, and black pepper. Then add 1 c. shredded cheese and noodles and pour into a 9 x 11 casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake on 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.

    This was good, hubby liked it too and we don't eat casseroles often. I will make it again but will spice it up a little bit more next time. - 10/26/08
