Ingredients

    1 can reduced fat Cream of Mushroom
    2 Chicken breasts
    1 c. Brown Rice
    1 package frozen broccoli
    2 c. water
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Spray 9 x 13 cooking dish with cooking spray.
Place rice even over bottom of pan.
Place chicken on top of rice.
Place broccoli around chicken.
Pour 2 c. water over entire dish.
Even spread the soup over chicken.
Baked covered at 450 degrees for 60 minutes.
