Introduction

Made with fresh potatoes, frozen chicken and canned spinach. I threw this together trying to find a way to use up a can of spinach - it turned out fantastic! Added the Rice-a-Roni as an afterthought. When I created this, I had a 1/2 cup of leftover instant mashed potatoes that I was going to add to the pot, but I ended up leaving it out. I edited the recipe, but apparently I missed removing it from the ingredients list! Keep in mind that this soup is a little high in sodium too...
