Introduction

I made a mistake by buying dill relish instead of sweet relish, however this made the BEST tuna salad we've had, and no added sugar. I made a mistake by buying dill relish instead of sweet relish, however this made the BEST tuna salad we've had, and no added sugar.

Ingredients

2 3 oz cans Starkist water chunk light tuna
    2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 cup dill relish( Look in the Pickle section, I've found several brands)
    1/2 cup chopped celery chopped
8 tbs or 1/2 cup light Miricle Whip

Directions

While eggs boil,(10-12 minutes, chop celery. Open and drain WELL the tuna. Put in med bowl, add celery, Miricle Whip and relish. When eggs are done, run cold water over the pan until you can handle eggs then peel them. Chop peeled eggs into the tuna mix and stir in. Chill until you are ready to serve.
HINT: having pre-boiled COLD eggs and putting tuna cans in the fridge the night before make this a pretty quickly prepared meal.
