So you want some ice cream, but know if you approach that pint container you'll eat all four servings at ONCE. Here's a way around that that seems to kill the need for more pretty thoroughly and is tasty and satisfying too. So you want some ice cream, but know if you approach that pint container you'll eat all four servings at ONCE. Here's a way around that that seems to kill the need for more pretty thoroughly and is tasty and satisfying too.

Ingredients

    Orange/vanilla sherbet cup 4 oz (130 cal)
    1 thb nonfat chocolate syrup (50 cal)
    1 thb rasberry preserves or jam) (40 cal)

Directions

Open an ice cream cup.
Use a spoon to dig out a small space in the center.
Measure 1 thb of rasberry jam or low sugar preserves into the hole.
Drizzle 1 thb of chocolate syrup over it.
Madly dust a thb of cinnamon (no sugar, just the spice) over the chocolate.
Cap the whole with the bit of icecream removed to make the whole.

Eat with very small spoon.
