Introduction

Easy prep. Very rich, creamy, and flavorful. Not low-cal or fat but it just doesn't translate with low-fat sour cream or chicken breasts. Save up the calories for this one. Easy prep. Ingredients

    8 Chicken Thighs, skinless
    1 medium onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. chicken boullion
    1 cup water
    16 oz. container sour cream
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    1 Lb. box medium shells macaroni, cooked

Directions

Dice onion and saute in butter in large frying pan until translucent. Dissolve chicken boullion in 1 cup water and add to pan. Place chicken thighs in pan,cover and simmer on low for about 3 hours. Remove chicken and stir in sour cream, paprika, and pepper. Heat through and return chicken thighs to pan. Serve over cooked shells. Serves 8.
