    2 T. dried bread crumbs
    1 T. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 t. garlic powder
    1/2 t. paprika
    1/8 t. black pepper
    2 medium zucchini
    2 t. olive oil
    2 t. water


Preheat oven to 475. Combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and seasonings. Slice the ends off the zucchini and cut in half width-wise. Then cut each half into 2 to 4 slices. Combine oil, zucchini and water. Add bread crumb mixture and mix (or dredge the zucchini in the bread crumb mixture). Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake until golden, about 10-12 minutes. Makes 2 servings.
