Ingredients

    1 can pumpkin
    1.5 cups splenda
    0.5 cup apple sauce
    0.5 cup oil
    4 egg whites

    2 tsp cinnamon
    1 cup ww flour
    1 cup all purpose flour
    3 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda

    8 oz low-fat cream cheese
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    Splenda

Directions

Combine wet ingredients, whisk well.

Combine dry ingredients, sift.

Mix all together.
Bake at 300-350°F for 20-25 min.

Icing: Combine cream cheese and vanilla, whisk until smooth. Add splenda for desired sweetness.
Frost cupcakes.
