    * Vegetable Juice Cocktail (V8), 6 fl oz
    * Stewed Tomatoes, 1.25 cup
    * Oscar MeyerSmoked Turkey Sausage, 14 oz (optional)
    * Carrots, raw, 3 cup, chopped
    * Red Potato, 300 grams
    * Okra, 1.0 cup slices
    * Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1 cup
    * Green Beans (snap), 2 cup
