Ingredients

2 (six oz) cans Bumble Bee Fancy Lumb Crabmeat, drained

    1/2 C. crushed croutons (I use caesar-style for flavor)

    1/8 C. Milk (nonfat)

    1 Egg

1 1/2 Tbsp Mayonnaise (fat free)

    1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

    1/2 Tsp Mustard

3 Tbsp Chopped Onion (sauteed for softness, or raw for a crunchier texture)

1/4 Tsp Salt (this can actually be comfortably eliminated, especially with seasoned croutons!)

    1 Tbsp Oil
    1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter

Directions

Mix crab, croutons, milk, egg, mayo, worcestershire sauce, mustard, onions, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Refrigerate for 1/2 hour if desired to achieve a firmer mixture - but it works fine without.

Divide into 4 patties.

Heat oil & melt butter in frying pan (I prefer this mixture, but whatever frying medium you choose is fine)

Fry patty until golden brown on both sides, about 2-4 per side on Medium-High heat.

Enjoy!
