Ingredients

    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Onions, raw 1/2 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers 1/2 cup, diced
    *Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added, 1 cup
    Water, tap 1/2 cup
    Southwest Mrs. Dash 1.5 tsp
    Chili powder 1/2 tsp
    *Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Garlic 1/2 tsp minced
    *Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup
    *Kettle Black Bean Tortilla Chips, 2 oz

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a saute pan with cooking spray and saute onions and peppers for about five minutes. Add turkey breast and cook until no longer pink. Drain if nesscary. Add spices and tomato sauce and water and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Meanwhile spray a 11X7 baking dish with cooking spray and line the bottom with tortilla chips. Spread meat over chips and top with cheese. Bake for 10-15minutes.

*Note this makes approx 6-1 cup servings.

    Looks good. I am making it right now. I substituted jalapenos for green peppers and corn tortillas in two layers for chips. Wish I had black beans and I would add that too! - 5/6/10
