Ingredients

    1/2c Egg Beaters
    1 Rudi's Organic Multigrain Wrap
    1/4c Sargento's Lower Fat 4 Cheese Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese, divided.
    1 tbsp Ortega Black Bean & Corn Salsa


Directions

Spray microwave safe bowl with butter flavored non stick spray. Pour in Egg Beaters, microwave for 60 seconds. Stir, add 1/2 of the shredded cheese, Microwave for 30 more seconds. On a paper towel, layer Wrap, egg beaters, salsa, and remaining cheese. Microwave for 30 more seconds. Fold wrap around mixture, like a burrito - 2 ends in, then roll into a cigar shape. Enjoy. Serves: 1
