1 1/2 OLD FASHIONED OATS OR (QUICK)
1/2 APPLE CHOPPED FINE
1/3 CUP DRIED CRANBERRIES
1/2 CUP CHOPPED WALNUTS

30 BREAKFAST SIZE COOKIES
1 PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES F.
2 COMBINE BUTTER AND SUGAR IN THE BOWL OF AN ELECTRIC MIXER, BEAT UNTIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY, ABOUT 1 MINUTE. ADD EGG BEATERS AND BEAT FOR 30 SECONDS, ADD APPLESAUCE AND BEAT JUST TO MIX.
3 IN ANOTHER BOWL, STIR TOGETHER FLOUR, SALT, CINNAMON AND BAKING SODA, ADD TO MIXER AND BEAT TO FORM BATTER. MIX IN OATS. ADD APPLES, CRANBERRIES AND WALNUTS, BOMBINE BY HAND. 4 COAT COOKIE SHEET WITH COOKING SPRAY, DROP BATTER BY HEAPING TALBLESPOONS, 2 INCHES APART. BAKE UNTIL COOKIES ARE LIGHTLY BROWNED AND FIRM. ABOUT 13 TO 15 MINUTES.
5 REMOVE FROM THE OVEN AND LET STAND 10 MINUTES. MOVE TO WIRE RACK AND COOL COMPLETELY. NOTE: STORE LEFTOVERS IN AN AIRTIGHT PLASTIC BAG AOR CONTAINER IN THE FREEZER.

50/50 SMART BALANCE IS A BLEND OF BUTTER AND SMART BALANCE OMEGA 3 BUTTER. IT IS SOLD IN MOST STORES IN THE REGUALR BUTTER SECTION. I HOPE YOU CAN FIND IT, HOWEVER ANY BRAND OF BUTTER CAN BE USED AS LONG AS IT IS STICK BUTTER, THE CALORIES ARE BASED ON THE SMART BALANCE BRAND.
