Ingredients

    1 250g pkg reduced fat cream cheese
    2 tbsp reduced fat mayo
    1/2 cup fat free sour cream
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp Tabasco sauce
    1/2 tsp each, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper
    1 pkg frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    2 cups reduced fat cheddar cheese
    3/4 cup reduced fat parmesan cheese

Directions

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, worcestershire, tabasco, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne until well blended. Add the spinach and cheeses and mix well.

Place in an oven safe dish and sprinkle a little cheddar on top. Bake at 350F until melted and light brown on top.

Dip with veggies, crackers, or bread.
