    I medium baked potato w/ skin
    1/2 c. chopped cooked spinach
    1 T. margarine like spread
    1 T. shredded Parmesan cheese


Bake potato as desired. Top with spinach, margarine, and cheese. Salt and pepper as desired. Pop in microwave till all are hot.
