    1/2 cup of dry old fashioned or quick cooking oats
    1 cup water
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup milk, to serve


Mix 4 ingredients in a deep bowl, microwave on high for 2 minutes (for old fashioned oats). Add milk to serve.
