TRAIL MIX COMPONENTS:
Select 8 of the following ingredients:
Mini, unsalted pretzels
Sunflower Seeds, unsalted
Dried Cranberries
Dried Apricots
Raisins
Dried Pineapple
Kashi GoLean cereal, or other high-protein, low-fat, low-sugar cereal
Dried Cherries
Granola
Unsalted Almonds
Unsalted Walnuts
Unsalted Cashews
COATING INGREDIENTS:
1.5 TBSP I Can't Believe it's Not Butter
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Dash of Garlic Powder
Dash Hot Pepper Sauce
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine 8 ingredients of your choice. In a separate small bowl, whisk melted butter and seasonings.
3. Pour the liquid mixture over the dry mixture. Toss until all ingredients are well coated.
4. Bake for 25 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes to ensure even toasting.
5. Measure 1/4 cup servings into small containers.
YIELD - 8 1/4 cup servings
