This is a delicious breakfast smoothie that is packed with nutrients to start your day off right. It's quick and easy to make and can even be taken for on the way to work. Ingredients

    1 Banana
    8 Frozen Strawberries
    1 Cup Low Fat Yogurt
    1 Cup Non Fat Milk
    1/2 Cup Dry Plain Oats
    2 TBSP Flax Seed

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend. Then serve.

Tip: You can use any fruits that you want. You don't have to use the ones I picked. Also, in my opinion it is best to have one fruit that is frozen and one that isn't. The frozen fruit makes the smoothie nice and cold and the non frozen fruit helps blend the ingredients easier.
