This is a crustless pumpkin pie, basically. This is a crustless pumpkin pie, basically.
Number of Servings: 4


    15 oz can of pure pumpkin puree
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 cup liquid egg substitute
    1/4 cup fat free evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp Zero (or other sugar free sweetener)
    Butter spray
    1 container Weight Watchers Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal


Pre-heat oven at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.

Mix together first 4 ingredients. Pour into dish sprayed with butter spray. Top with Oatmeal.

Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover & bake about another 20 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
