Ingredients

    4 med. potatoes, 3 large eggs, 1/2 cup celery-diced, 1/2 cup onions-diced, 1 dash sugar, 1 dash vinegar, 2 tbsp relish, 2 tbsp mayo, 1 1/2 tsp mustard, 2 tbsp old bay, salt & pepper. Boil potatoes until just tender(about 20-25 mins), Boil eggs for abt 25 ins. Drain both. Peel eggs,chop& set aside. Mix 1/2 old bay with potatoes and add celery,onions ,relish,salt,pepper. Addsugar&vinegar. Add mayo. Add chopped eggs & mustard. Mix in rest of old bay seasoning.

Boil potatoes until just tender-not mushy(about 20-25 ins). Boil eggs for abt 25 mins. Drain both. Mix potatoes with 1/2 of old bay. Peel eggs and chop into large pieces-then set aside. Fold celery,onions,relish,vinegar,sugar,salt,pepper, mayo into potatoes. Next, fold in eggs& mustard. Last, mix the rest of old bay into salad. Can be topped with additional old bay or paprika for color.

    Incredible!
    Had my doubts because of the sugar and vinegar but it was divine! I doubled the recipe and added some fresh parsley, red pepper, and green bell peppers from the garden. Didn't use quite double of the Old Bay. Mixed together and it tastes delish! Can't wait till it mingles a bit! Thanks! - 7/29/12
