Ingredients

    Golden Chef Soup Mix, 1.70 cup (or equivalent amount of a mix of french lentils, red split peas and barley)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 large whole (3" dia)
    Celery, raw, .75 cup, diced
    Carrots, raw, 1.25 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 clove
    Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz)
    Basil (dried), 1.5 tbsp

Directions

Rinse lentils, split peas and barley and place in soup pot. Add all other ingredients. Add enough water to cover mix. Cook in pressure cooker for 30 min or simmer on stove for 2 hours, or until all vegetables are soft.
