    1 cup skim milk
    1/2 teaspoon crystel light ( any flaver)
    1/2 cup ice

Directions

Put in blender and blend until smooth.
The skim milk whips and makes this really smooth and good

    Sounds great and easy. Will have to make it. Instead of using Crystal Light i'll be using Wal-Mart's brand. They are just as good and cheaper. - 10/24/08
