Ingredients

    2 ounces cooked chicken breast (skinless, boneless) chopped.
    Lettuce, baby spinach, sliced cucumber, diced celery.. (any amount, cause they are considered a "free" food)
    1/2 cup of fresh pineapple chopped.
    1 tbsp of PC Blue Menu Soy and Ginger Dressing
    1 tbsp sesame seeds

Directions

Toss all ingredients together.. Enjoy.
Great for brown bagging it at lunch time..
In fact, this tosses together almost faster than you can make a sandwich. Your coworkers wil be jealous when you open the lid..
