Ingredients

    1/4 cup dried parmesan (like pizza topping)
    5 oz shredded parmesan (fresh or block)
    1 cup half&half cream
    4 oz cream cheese
    1/4 cup butter
    garlic powder for flavor
    boneless skinless chicken breast
    favorite pasta

Directions

mix all igredients but chicken, garlic, and pasta in a quart size pan. Put on low to med-low heat and stir occasionally until cheese becomes stringy. Watch carefully and stir so that the butter does not seperate.
Once cheese becomes stringy, stir frequently to constantly until mixture is completely melted and sauce like. If too thick, add more cream, if to thin, add more cheese. The whole process of the sauce takes between 15-20 minutes.

Just as sauce becomes stringy, place pasta (enough for 4-6 servings) into boiling water, and cook chicken breast (partially boil if you like moist chicken), outside can be grilled on a pan if you like a little crispy.

Once everything is cooked, just mix up individual servings of pasta, chicken, and sauce if controlling sauce/pasta portion size. Otherwise, just mix all together.
