Ingredients

    1 package boneless, skinless chicken
    1 cup salsa'
    1/2 packet taco seasoning
    1/2 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    Cilantro

Directions

Mix salsa, cilantro, and condensed soup in a small bowl. Place chicken in slow cooker and sprinkle half of the taco seasoning packet over it. Top with salsa mixture and cook on high for 4 hours.
