Ingredients

    1 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/2 tablespoon ground turmeric
    1/8 teaspoon chili powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
    2 tablespoons light olive oil
    1 small apple cut into small cubes
    1/4 cup raisins

Directions

1. Combine half the cinnamon with, cumin, turmeric, chili powder, and salt in a resealable plastic bag. Add chicken and toss well to coat.
2. Heat olive oil in a large nonstick pan. Sauté the chicken over medium heat until no longer pink in the center, about 5 minutes per side.
3. Add remaining cinnamon apple and raisins to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute
4. Serve over rice or couscous
