Ingredients

    7 Macintosh Apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
    2 t cinnamon
    3/4 C water
    1/4 C Splenda Brown Sugar Blend

Directions

Place apples in 4 quart slow cooker and sprinkle with cinnamon. Add water and stir to combine.

Cover and cook on low for 2-4 hours, or until apples become soft and mushy.

Stir in Splenda and mix well. Serve warm or cool.

    Incredible!
    My son and husband both loved this. I left the peel on the apples for more fiber and pureed in the food processor after cooking. Turned out great! - 11/30/10
