Ingredients



    * Zucchini, .5 cup, mashed
    * Onions, raw, .5 cup, sliced
    * Broccoli, frozen,1 cup
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup,
    * Peppers, sweet, red, raw,, 1 cup
    * Garlic, 2 cloves
    * Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz)
    * *Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 1.75 serving (1 can)
    * Private Selection Organic Tri-Bean Blend-1/2 cup, 3 cans
    * Perdue Ground Chicken,(1 package cooked)
    * Chili powder, 2 tbsp
    * Paprika, 1 tbsp
    * *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (ground)
    * Water, tap, 1 cup

Directions

Add veggies to food processor. Blend until large chunks are not noticeable.
Cook and drain chicken.
Add veggie puree
Add can of tomato paste, beans, and diced tomatoes
Add seasons
simmer and add water

let simmer for 2 hours allowing flavors to merge

It makes 10 cups of chili
10 servings at 1 cup per person.

Salt to taste. I am a low sodium person so this was plenty already.
