Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

2 tsp or 1/2 package of yeast
    2 cups Bread flour
    3/4 tsp Salt
1 Tbl Splenda (or Sugar if you prefer)
    1 Tbl Butter or margarine
1 cup Warm Beer (I used lite beer)

Directions

Add all of the ingredients except for the flour and yeast in first. Then top those ingredients with the bread flour. Then add the yeast on top of that. Select the dough setting on your bread machine.

When it is done, divide the dough into mini loaf pans (generally 3 will work). Let the dough rise again, about 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 350ºF and bake the bread for 15 minutes or until the bread is to your desired brownness on top.

Makes 6 servings, about 1/2 mini loaf.
