A very tasty omelet, very fast and easy to make. A very tasty omelet, very fast and easy to make.

Ingredients

    3 egg whites
    1/4 cup red peppers
    1/4 cup green peppers
    1/4 cup red or yellow onions
    1 tbsp salsa

Directions

Saute the vegetables in a frying pan with little non stick, low fat spray. Add the egg whites and cook fluffy. Garnish with Salsa for taste .
