Ingredients

1 box Ronzoni Smart Taste Rotini Pasta.
1 cup Chopped Onion.
1 cup Chopped Celery.
1 teaspoon Black Pepper (adjust to taste).
1 tablespoon Flour.
1 can (10.75oz) Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Celery Condensed Soup.
8 ounce Carnation Evaporated Lowfat 2% Milk.
8 tablespoons Hormel Premium Real Crumbled Bacon with Picnic Bacon, Original.
1/4 cup Kraft 2% Milk Mexican Style Shredded Cheese (optional).
Directions
Cook pasta in unsalted water until done (approx. 10 minutes).
On medium high heat - Saute onion and celery in 0 calorie cooking spray or water until tender.
Sprinkle on pepper and stir.
Sprinkle on flour and stir.
Quickly add celery soup and stir just until combined.
Add milk gradually stirring continuously until mixture bubbles.
Sprinkle on and stir in crumbled bacon.
Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Drain pasta and combine with bacon mixture in a casserole dish.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake for 10-15 minutes in a 350 degree oven (or 5 minutes in a microwave).
