Ingredients

2 cans black beans
2 cans chicken broth
5 cup water
1 cup lentils
1 diced red bell pepper
1 diced green bell pepper
3/4 dicedred onion
1 head garlic (crushed) <-- I use Pampered Chef's garlic press... it's amazing! (If you're interested in buying, message me on my page to get one! :) )
2 cans corn
chili seasoning
2 Cups Brown Rice
Directions
Sautee veggies and garlic in 2-3 tbsp olive oil until slightly browned.
After sauteeing, combine everything except rice in a large pot. Cook for around 45 minutes. Add rice adn cook 7-10 minutes. Serve immediately or store for future.
If it looks too think ,add a little more water.
Makes around 16 1-cup servings.

Sorry! I edited this after I made it and forgot to add the rice into the list of ingrediants. It's 2 cups of rice. And by the way, it's really really good!
