Introduction

Fewer than 70 calories per pancake, you can easily have two for breakfast and still have room for some turkey bacon or eggs! Almost 2g fiber and 4g protein per pancake as well! Ingredients

    1.25 c whole wheat flour
    2.25 tsp baking powder
    .25 tsp salt
    1 egg
    1.25 c skim milk
    nonstick spray

Directions

Mix the wet and dry ingredients seperately, then combine! The batter should be slightly lumpy. Makes 10 (4-5") pancakes...enjoy!

    Actually the carb count is what it states. If u r using syrup u have 2 take into consideration the carbs in that as well. Also a serving is 1 pancake so if u r eating more than that I can see why your blood sugar spiked up. But even if u r eating 1 pancake the syrup alone will do that. God bless :) - 4/28/15

    I"m sorry but I have to ammend my comment. While this was a very good pancake, I think the carb count must be way off because it spiked my blood sugar almost up to 300. That is so disappointing...while it is a very tasty pancake I will not be making it again :( - 12/11/11
