I make this smoothie for my daughter after basketball practice when she doesn't want to eat.I figure at least it's really healthy.

Ingredients

    2 small bananas
    5 baby carrots
    .75 c orange juice
    1 c market pantry fat free plain yogurt
    12 frozen unsweetend strawberries
    1/2 packet of super green pro 96 soy protein powder

Directions

Put everything in the blender till smooth. Makes a 3 cup serving
