Ingredients

    4 bonless Pork Chop (5 oz.)
    1 Cup Salsa
    1 bell pepper
    1 cup white onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Season pork chop to taste.. In a nonstick skillet brown pork chop on both sides. Add Salsa, bell pepper and onion. Simmer for 30 minutes. (You can also cook this in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees)
Serve 4
