    4 cup Roasted chicken meat
    2 tsp of black pepper
    3 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 cucumber
    3 tbsp. Light Mayonnaise
    1/2 cup carrots
    1 clove garlic
    1 hard boiled egg diced


I used a chicken braised in a little water water and a garlic clove with a few dashes of black pepper. . Or you could use a roasted chicken that you get in the grocery store.

Place the chicken in about a cup of water add the your garlic clove and 1 tsp of black pepper. let it braise about 15 mins.

Remove the chicken Breast from the water and discard the water and garlic clove. Chop up the chicken, set it aside, chop onions, cucumber and carrots in small dices. Place chicken, onions and cucumber, carrots and dice a boiled egg in a bowl. Add the spices and then add the mayonnaise and mix well.

Chill for later use. You could use less mayonnaise. I perfer it creamer. The cooking time depends on own oven or stove.

The cooking time depends if you are roasting your own chicken or just braising it on the he stove top. Please not if you are roasting your chicken it is 60 mins roasting time. If you are just braising it is 15 mins.
