Chocolate Chip cookies with a twist - I make these mostly for my kids so I don't subsitute splenda in (I use to until my peditrician said to avoid giving the kids splenda - apparently all studies have been done on adults and they don't know how it will affect children long term). Ingredients

1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup organic sugar
1 cup smart balance
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2.5 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup ground flax meal
.5 tsp sea salt (or 1 tsp salt)
3/4 tsp baking soda
12 ounce chocolate chips
Directions
makes 60 cookies
cream smart balance and sugars together, add eggs and vanilla, add salt, baking soda, flour, and flax. Add chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet, cool on pan 2 minutes before transfering to cooling rack.
