Introduction

Ingredients

    1 -14 oz can Creamed Corn
    1 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, kernels
    2 eggs
    1/3 cup Milk, 2%,
    1/2 cup Yogurt, Stonyfield Farm fat free plain
    1tbs Honey,
    2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F
Grease pan for Corn bread
Mix all ingredients in bowl until well blended.
Pour into pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes, or until knife comes out mostly clean.
serve warm with butter, great with chili too!
