    Baked Potato (baked potatoes), 1 potato (2-1/3" x 4-3/4")
    Tuna, Canned in Water, 1 can
    Vlasic Sweet Relish, 1TBSP, 1 tsp
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, small (5" long)
    Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 1 tbsp


Place 1 small potato in the microwave and cook for 2 minutes - turn over and cook for another 2 minutes.

While the potato cooks get a bowl and add the drained tuna (1 can) , 1 teaspoon sweet relish, Light Mayo (1 tbsp) and celery. I like to use a small stalk but add in the amount you like. Mix these together with a fork.

Add baked potato to bowl and mix in with tuna mix.

Add spices to taste. (Garlic Pepper works great!)
