Ingredients

Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 3.5 cup
Protein Fuel, Twinlab 100% Whey Protein, 4 scoops
Syrup-Sunny Acres Low Carb Sugar Free, 1 cup
Egg white, 2 serving, slightly beaten
    Welch's 100% Orange Juice, 2 ounces
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Applesauce, sweetened, .25 cup

Directions

Preheat oven to 325. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray. Mix oats and protein powder in a bowl and blend well. In a separate bowl combine egg whites, orange juice, applesauce, and vanilla. Stir liquid mixture into dry and blend well. Mixture will be like cookie dough. Spread in pan and bake until edges are brown, about 25 minutes. Cut into 14 bars. Store in airtight container or freeze. I place one bar each in a snack baggie and store all 14 baggies in a large ziploc freezer bag in the freezer. (for moister bars use 1/2 cup of applesauce)

    Very Good
Perfect for what we needed - a low-calorie, high-protein snack. Not the tastiest, but that's not what they're for :)
I find that adding an extra egg white helps the bars stay together better without increasing the calories too much.
