Ingredients

    19 oz. can garbanzo beans, rinsed & drained
    16 oz. can kidney beans, drained
    14.5 oz. can green beans, drained
    14.5 oz. can wax beans, drained
    1 cup mushrooms, canned
    1 cup green pepper, chopped
    1/2 cup cider vinegar
    1/3 cup sugar (or Splenda)
    1/4 cup canola oil
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. basil
    1/8 tsp. oregano

Directions

Approx 12, 1/2 cup servings

In a large bowl, mix together the first 6 ingredients. In a jar, combine the rest of the ingredients (cider vinegar thru oregano). Pour dressing over beans & marinate at least 4 hours before using.

    Excellent recipe! The marinade is tasty and the salad is satisfying. Made a great Thanksgiving side dish too. - 11/28/08
