    1 can of cream of mushroom soup
    5 pork chops(thin cut)
    1.5 portabella caps
    2 medium potatoes

Directions

spray casserole dish with canola oil
lay pork chops in casserole dish
dice potatoes and mushroom and add to dish
top with cream of mushroom soup
cook at 350 until prok chops are throughly cooks and potatoes are soft
