Ingredients

    6 potatoes, peeled and cubed
    4 cups skim milk
    Celery salt
    pepper

Directions

Peel and cube potatoes and boil in water, just enough to cover potatoes, until soft. Add milk, margarine, celery salt and pepper. Cook on low until heated through.

Better the next day.
