Also great served over brown rice or eaten alone. I did not include tortillas or anything else in this recipe for nutritional purposes, since I do not always use it the same way, or top with the same things. Ingredients

    1 can corn
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can black beans
    dash of paprika
    dash of oregano
    dash of seasoning salt
    dash of crushed red peppers
    dash of garlic powder
    dash of onion powder

Directions

drain veggies and pour into sauce pan. Add spices to taste. Heat. Spoon onto tortillas or over rice, or eat alone. Makes approx. 4 1 cup servings.
