Ingredients

5 sprays......any type of cooking spray
2 - chicken breasts, skin removed
2 - chicken legs, skin removed
1 cup - red wine
1 tsp each - salt, pepper, parsley, garlic
Directions
You can make this dish at any time and reheat when you need it. The longer it sits, the better it tastes!
Spray roasting pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt, pepper, parsley, garlic on the top of your chicken, place the chicken seasoning side down into your roasting pan. Now use the other 1/2 tsp salt, pepper, parsley, garlic on the side that is up. Put lid on roaster and cook for approximately 1 hour in a 325 degree oven. Once the chicken is finished cooking, pour the cup of red wine into the roasting pan, replace lid and let sit. Reheat and eat when ready.
