Introduction

I made these to feed a family but you can cut the recipe in half.

Great flavor with half the fat of a beef burger.
Serve on a low fat multi-grain bun with lettuce, onion lowfat cheddar cheese and lowfat mayo
High protein meal that doesn't need any side dishes to fill you up.

Ingredients

    2 lbs. ground turkey
    1 box turkey stuffing mix
    1 cup chopped dried cranberries
    1/3 to 1/2 c water
    1 tbls olive oil
    black pepper

Directions

Start the grill or broiler.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well, easiest to do it with your hands like meatloaf.

Form into 10 medium sized patties.

Using multi-grain bread cubes and your own seasonings could help lower sodium and calories..The nutrional facts aren't totally correct because there was only one brand of stuffing mix.

Spray grill or pan with non-stick spray and grill each side to slightly browned.

Serve on a bun, cut up for a salad, or with a heaping serving of your favorite vegies..

The kids loved it and hubby couldn't believe it was Turkey!!
