Introduction

Ingredients

    1 C. wheat pasta, cooked & rinsed
    1 C Celery (diced)
    1 C Kidney Beans (rinsed)
    1/2 C Onions (chopped)
    1/2 C Carrots (shredded)
    1 TBS Olive oil
    1 tsp Vinegar (your choice)
    4 TBS Fat Free Italian Dressing
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Directions

Combine cooled pasta, beans, celery, onion and carrots in a bowl. Mix the 'dressing items' together before pouring over pasta.

Blend well.

I like adding a bit of dijon mustard to the dressing too.

Makes 4 1-cup servings
