Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 tablespoons light olive oil
    3 teaspoons seafood seasoning
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 tablespoon chopped parsley
    1 pound salmon fillets

Directions

In a medium glass bowl, prepare marinade by mixing all ingredients except salmon. Place salmon fillets in a medium glass baking dish, and cover with the marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator about 1 hour, turning occasionally.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Place fillets in aluminum foil, cover with marinade, and seal. Place sealed salmon in the glass dish, and bake 40 to 45 minutes, until easily flaked with a fork.

This is wonderful with Brown Rice and mixed veggies!

    Delicious! I did add dill like the previous rating suggested. I also halved the reciped cus I only wanted 2 fillets but I think I will make the other 2 the same way tomorrow. - 4/19/07
